We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
Workshop Registration — $27
Before the Workshop Starts
Full refund if you request it before the live workshop begins. Simply email us and we'll process your refund immediately.
After the Workshop
If you attend the workshop and feel it wasn't valuable, request a full refund within 30 days. We want you to feel confident in your investment.

Behind-The-Scenes Course — $97
30-Day Money Back
Access Module 1 immediately. Review the framework, templates, and content. If it's not what you expected, request a full refund within 30 days.
Keep Module 1 Materials
Even if you request a refund, you may keep access to the foundational materials from Module 1. We want you to have something valuable regardless.

How To Request A Refund
- Send an email to info@i-factor.ai with your refund request
- Include these details:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Product name (Workshop or BTS Course)
- Order number or transaction ID (if you have it)
- You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours acknowledging your request
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- You'll get a final confirmation once the refund has been completed
Processing time: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Important Details
30-Day Window
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Promotional Pricing
If you used a discount code or received promotional pricing, your refund will be for the amount you actually paid, not the regular price.
Original Payment Method
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method you used. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
Rare Exceptions
In very rare cases, we may be unable to process a refund if:
- The request is made after the 30-day refund period has expired
- There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple purchases and refund requests for the same product)
- The original payment was fraudulent or has been disputed through your payment provider
If your situation falls into one of these categories, we'll work with you directly to find a fair resolution.
